At Cool Monster, we are committed to processing and shipping your orders as quickly as possible. Our standard shipping lead time is up to five (5) business days from the date your order is placed. Returns and Credits

Return Authorization Required: All returns must be pre-authorized by our Customer Support team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Products: Returned items must be in sellable condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Restocking Fee: All authorized returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the credited amount.

Credit Timeframe: Credits will be applied to your account once the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.

Return Window: Returns for credit must be made within 30 days of the original invoice date. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
